Grazing Treat: Lobster (referred to as Crayfish in Australia) freshly caught, cooked and presented for me to enjoy
Location: Champagne Bay. situated on the east coast of Vanuatu's largest island, Espiritu Santo
This mouthwatering delight lay on a colorful banana leaf and was a fingers only adventure. The setting was idyllic as I sat on the soft white sand watching beachgoers cooling down in the sparkling or bathing in the warm sunshine.
The lobster was of generous size, juicy and delectable
My Global Grazing Adventure:
I traveled to Vanuatu on a Holland America Cruise with seven of my travel buddies. I was so excited to take my friends to Champagne Bay and share with them a culinary treat I had discovered many years ago on another cruise with Flavia.
I love Lobster and will take any opportunity to enjoy it again
and again.
