About Me

 

My name is Loris Harding from Perth, Western Australia.  I've been very fortunate to travel extensively.  Sometimes I've ventured alone to exciting destinations like Zimbabwe, South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, and other times I've traveled with special friends like Flavia (on right).  Together we've visited the South Pacific, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Italy, Greece, Turkey, France and Spain.

I was blessed to take my sons (6 & 13 yo) on a European adventure visiting France, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain plus Florida, the UK and home via Singapore.

Professionally for the past 23 years I've been a tour operator in the Swan Valley, Perth, Western Australia.  My business was Taste Bud Tours delivering Speed Grazing food focused half day tours.  I am proud of my achievements culminating in winning a Gold Medal at the Western Australian Tourism Awards 2015.  I've now sold my business and retired to continue traveling, discovering new destinations and exploring more exciting cuisines.
