A visit to Cape Town, South Africa would not be complete without exploring the world renowned wine region of Stellenbosch within 50km of the city.
Riding the cable car to the top of iconic Table Mountain should also be on your To Do List
While you're here a 69.5km drive south is the southern most tip of Africa known as Cape of Good Hope. It's rugged and breathtaking.
However you'll certainly be delighted with
the range of exciting food and beverages in between
Stellenbosch winery visits with tasting,
plus a farm visit with an outdoor barbeque lunch accompanied by local wines.
I loved my visit to the Cheetah Outreach Centre in Cape Town.
I am allergic to cats but that was not going to stop me today.
A visit to glorious Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens
to add more colour to my day
Cape Town Flower Markets are a burst of colour
A hearty breakfast to start the day, followed by a visit to Van Ryn's Brandy Distillery
Now it's time for more and more wonderful food in and around
the very popular V & A (Victoria & Alfred) Waterfront
My travel partner Ron made some new African furry friends of his own
